Since 2023, Cindy and Joris have been helping couples create weddings designed with high standards, sensitivity and precision.

Behind Maison Mistral, two complementary perspectives: attention to emotions, precision in detail, and a discreet desire to create celebrations that are as fluid as they are deeply personal.
From the initial concept to the final detail, they envisioned a way of doing things where each wedding is driven by the same vision and a carefully selected team. Because a successful wedding isn't measured by what was organized, but by what was experienced.
Cindy
Cindy has always placed as much importance on what one feels as on what one sees. Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate what others don't yet see are naturally part of her way of being.
Born and raised in Paris, she pursued part of her studies in Miami and Hawaii before specializing in event planning. These experiences, complemented by a trip around the world, have shaped her perspective on places, cultures, hospitality, and the art of creating memorable moments.
Over the years, she has come to understand that what drives her is not just organization, but the ability to transform a multitude of details into an emotion that will never be forgotten.

Joris
Joris has always been driven by the same conviction: the greatest successes are first and foremost human adventures. Born in Provence, his journey took him from Marseille to London and then to Paris, where he discovered the world of startups and the high standards of those who transform ideas into concrete projects.
A trip around the world, an entrepreneurial adventure in the French overseas territories, and then the creation of a community bringing together hundreds of entrepreneurs have enriched this vision. All these experiences have shaped his adaptability, his appreciation for human relationships, and his ability to move projects forward methodically and calmly.
Over the years, he developed a conviction: no great project is built alone. Knowing how to surround yourself with the right people, bringing them together, and creating an environment that allows everyone to give their best is often what makes all the difference.
