Data we collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide to us, primarily through the contact form. This includes the following information:
- your first names and those of your partner;
- your email address and your phone number;
- your place of residence;
- the date and location you are considering for your wedding;
- an indicative budget range;
- the way you came to know the house;
- the message and contextual elements that you choose to communicate to us.
Purposes of the processing
This data is used exclusively to respond to your request, discuss your wedding plans with you, and, if applicable, offer you support. It will not be sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Legal basis
The processing is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, as well as on your consent, collected when you transmit your information to us.
Data recipients
Your data is intended solely for the Maison Mistralteam. It may be processed by our technical service providers acting as subcontractors, strictly to the extent necessary for the operation of the site and the management of your requests: our hosting provider (Netlify) and our email delivery service.
Shelf life
Your data is kept for the time necessary to process your request, and then for a maximum of three years from our last contact, for relationship management purposes. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.
Accommodation and transfers outside the European Union
The site is hosted by Netlify, whose infrastructure may involve data transfers to the United States. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses), designed to ensure a level of protection equivalent to that provided by European regulations.
Cookies and audience measurement
This website uses cookies strictly necessary for its proper functioning, which do not require your consent. It may use an audience measurement tool for statistical purposes to analyze page traffic. Audience measurement and tracking cookies are only placed with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via your browser settings.
